Following a major strategic review in 2003/2004 we are re-addressing our focus and direction to meet the evolving needs of our members and our stakeholders. We aim for:
- our members to say that the SBAC provides value for money, delivers services that assist their businesses and that we are inclusive and representative of the industry at large
- government departments, the media and other stakeholders to rely on the SBAC as the source of accurate information and informed opinion concerning the civil air transport, defence aerospace and space industries operating in the UK.
SBAC Ltd is managed by a Chief Executive Officer, who reports to the Council. The Chief Executive Officer is supported by an executive management team, responsible to Council for contributing to the strategic development of SBAC, including developing and implementing the annual business plan and achieving financial targets. All the work supporting boards and delivering products and services to members is organised into project teams - led by project managers. We operate from offices in London, Farnborough, Toulouse and Scotland.
