about SBAC > regional partnerships

In 2005, the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium (FAC), Northern Defence Industries (NDI), North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA), the Aerospace Wales Forum (AWF), the West of England Aerospace Forum (WEAF) and Midlands Aerospace Alliance (MAA) joined the SBAC in a move that strengthened the partnership between the regions and the national body for the aerospace industry.

Discussions are ongoing with other regions and members of the UK Aerospace Forum to assist them in building a stronger and more cohesive partnership for the benefit of all companies in the sector.

Regional partnership of the SBAC entitles the regional alliances and their members to:

• Access SBAC services.
• Apply for seats on the SBAC Boards and Committees.
• Incorporate the SBAC logo into their letter heading and advertising.
• Promote regional activities on the SBAC website.
