Farnborough 1st for Meet The Buyer

MEET FACE-TO-FACE WITH KEY INTERNATIONAL AEROSPACE BUYERS, ENGINEERS AND SPECIFIERS ACTIVELY LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH NEW SUPPLIERS AT THE FARNBOROUGH AIRSHOW MEET THE BUYER EVENT ON 20TH AND 21ST JULY 2010

Farnborough International Limited and UK Trade & Investment have carefully selected key organisations important to the international Aerospace Sector to attend this high profile event.  This event will allow you to introduce your company to those who are currently searching for new suppliers and business opportunities. 

Meet and access leading international Aerospace procurement contacts

Over 30 major international and national aerospace procurement teams have committed to participating in the FIA 2010 Meet The Buyer Event on the 20 & 21 July for one reason alone – to meet potential suppliers. 

Buyers already signed up to participate include AD Industrie (France), Agusta Westland (UK), BAE Systems (UK), Bombardier Aerospace (Canada), Dassault Aviation (France), Jalisco (Mexico), Larsen & Toubro (India), Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH (Germany), Rostechnologii (Russia), SABCA (Belgium), SNECMA (France), Tata Industrial Services (India), Thales (UK), and others. 

The structure for the day is simple: 

  • You request meetings with buyers you’d like to meet from the buyer’s catalogue which highlights their purchasing requirements.
  • One week before the event you are sent an appointment diary stating who you are meeting and at what time. We will endeavor to schedule you as many meetings as possible but on average you can expect 4 – 7. Further meetings can be scheduled on the day.
  • At the event buyers will be seated in buyer’s booths. At your allotted time make your way over to the appropriate buyer where you will have a 15 minute appointment. You will be surprised how even 15 minutes can be enough time to get that vital first introduction, stimulate interest in your product or service and agree a course of action.  

The meetings run from 10:00 – 13:00 on both days. In the afternoon you are free to have follow up meetings with buyers, watch the flying display or visit the exhibition halls. 

The cost to attend over the two days is just £100 plus VAT per delegate (for a minimum of 4 meetings).
